Affirming.

In this action, brought in. the court below by appellants, H. C. Hughes and Euphemia Hughes, his wife, against the appellee, G. M. Parsons, the relief sought was the cancellation of an oil and gas lease executed by appellants to one C. W. Hundley June 5, 1916, and assigned by the latter to the appellee, G. M. Parsons January 17, 1917.
