The appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of dereliction of duty and one specification of the wrongful use of marijuana and one specification of the wrongful use of cocaine, in violation of Articles 92 and 112a, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 912a.
