The question raised by this appeal is whether the court of chancery erred in refusing upon the face of the complainant’s bill, to take over from the orphans court of Atlantic county the supervision of the final accounting of administrators of the estate of Sarah E. Buck, deceased. In the opinion of Vice-Chancellor Garrison, reported in 74 N. J. Eq.
