MEMORANDUM

SPEARS, Chief Judge.

On February 17, 1977, the government filed a “Motion to Show Cause and Set Aside Suspended Sentence and Revoke Probation” of the defendant, Verna Mae Green. On June 15, 1971, the defendant appeared before the Honorable James L. Noel, Jr. of the Southern District of Texas in Houston, and entered a plea of guilty to Count Three of a three count indictment charging her with possession of stolen mail matter in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. Section 1708. She was sentenced on November 23, 1971 to a term of five (5) years, with six (6) months to serve, and the execution…
