SAVAGE, District Judge.
In its post-trial motion seeking a judgment of acquittal or a new trial, defendant Trans Union, LLC (“Trans Union”) challenges the jury verdict finding that it had negligently and willfully violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681i (“FCRA”), when it failed to remove an erroneous collection account from the plaintiff Carmen Dixon-Rollins’s (“Dixon-Rollins”) credit report.
