Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Williams, J), entered March 7, 2008 in Saratoga County, which, among other things, denied plaintiffs motion for summary judgment.
Defendant Catherine Remillard, the president of defendant Klines Mobil Mart, Inc., personally guaranteed payment on the lease of an automated teller machine to Klines by plaintiffs *1096predecessor in interest.
