This matter came on for trial with a jury June 11,2002, and two verdicts were returned for the Plaintiff against the Defendant. Verdict number one was under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (VCPA) and found that the Defendant violated the Virginia Consumer Protection Act and said violation was willful and, as a result, Plaintiffs actual compensatory damages should be increased to $12,000.
