DISSENTING OPINION

Murchie, J.

I regret that I am unable to concur in the opinion of the majority, that the mortgage under consideration, dated April 29,1922, covered not only a tract of eighty-seven acres, which the mortgagor had acquired March 14,1914, under the deed identified and referred to therein “for a more particular description of the premises” mortgaged, but also a tract of eighty-six acres, title to which had come to her, from a different grantor, December 27, 1899.
