DIMOND, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Oscar Ison and Agnes J. Ison, husband and wife, have brought this action against the defendants, Audrey Watkins Baker and Marie Cox, seeking to recover judgment for the total amount of $10,800, plus attorneys’ fees and costs, on the ground of an overcharge in rent for a house located at 209% Fifth Avenue in the City of Anchorage. The plaintiffs assert that the overcharge amounts to $1800. and that they have a right to recover three times that amount, to wit, $5400, because of *646each of two distinct and separate violations of the Emergency Price Control Act…
