Affirming.
C. R. Barnett died testate while a resident of Richmond, Kentucky, on February 22, 1946. Prior thereto, and on November 2, 1944, he and the appellee, Froney Barnett, were married, which was the second venture for each of them, but no children were ever born as the result of either marriage. Decedent was survived by one brother and two sisters, all of whom were married and lived in separate homes.
