*1014In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from (1) so much of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County (Edlitz, J.), entered November 12, 2008, as dismissed his petition for custody of the parties’ children, and (2) so much of an order of the same court dated June 17, 2009, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
