The statement of facts contained in the dissenting opinion handed down at the time the original was rendered, herein is correct and is therefore adopted for the purpose of our present opinion and decree.
A. G. Ponson signed an instrument in the following form: “For value received I promise to pay to the order of myself at the Bank of Baton Rouge * *, three hundred seventy-nine & 50/100 Dollars” — but did not indorse it.
