The instant appeal arises from the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the World Boxing Association (“WBA”) on the consolidated diversity claims of a boxer, Julio Gervacio Lind, and his managers and promoter (“Gervacio” or “the Gervacio plaintiffs”) and the Puerto Rico Professional Boxing Commission and the Department of Recreation and Sports of Puerto Rico (collectively, “the Commission”).
