— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Torraca, J.), entered August 30, 1983 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s motion for a preliminary injunction. Since petitioner failed to establish the required element of irreparable harm in the absence of a preliminary injunction, that portion of Special Term’s order granting such relief must be reversed.
