These cases present so clear a case of inexcusable 'delay in the settlement of the bill of exceptions that the order extending time to settle the bill must be reversed. This order was entered three and one-half years after the case was tried, two years and two months after judgment was first entered, and one and one-half years after judgment was entered in the final form.
