The Debtors, Benjamin Moyette d/b/a/ Ben Moyette Construction (“Benjamin Moyette”) and Anna Moyette (“Anna Moyette,” collectively “Moyette” or the “Debtors”), appeal from an oral Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court (Robert John Hall, U.S.B.J.), set forth on the record of July 9, 1996 and subsequently reduced to a written Order dated July 22,1996, denying the Debtors’ motion to reopen their Chapter 7 bankruptcy case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350(b) to amend Schedule “D” to include a mortgage deficiency debt owed to the appellee,…
