RANDALL, Circuit Judge:
This case arises out of the actions of the defendant, Dudley Walker, in causing the removal of culverts from the plaintiffs’ property. The plaintiffs, Aubrey and Judy Hart, brought suit against- Walker both in his individual capacity and, because he is a County Supervisor of Marshall County, Mississippi (the “County”), in his official capacity. After a bench trial, the district court found for the Harts on all counts and awarded them compensatory and punitive damages, and attorneys’ fees.
