This action was originally filed in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge. In the state court suit, Sun Belt Federal Bank, F.S.B. (“Sun Belt”) filed suit against the defendants River Villa, a Louisiana partnership, Interplan Development, Inc., a Louisiana corporation, and Drs.
