VOLLACK, Justice.

The People appeal the district court’s suppression of evidence seized pursuant to warrants issued upon affidavits. The People claim the district court erred in ruling that there was insufficient probable cause contained within the affidavits for the issuance of the search warrants. Alternatively, the People argue that if the district court was correct as to its ruling that there was insufficient probable cause, the court erred in ruling that the “good faith” exception to the exclusionary rule was inapplicable to save the defective affidavits in this case.
