KEETON, Justice.

■Trans-Northwest Gas, Inc., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as the applicant, on June 9, 1950, filed (Case No. F— 1474) with the Idaho Public Utilities. Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, an application praying that it be granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity permitting it to transport and distribute in Idaho natural gas to be imported from the Dominion of Canada.
