QUINN, Associate Judge.
This appeal is from a judgment of the trial court, sitting without a jury, finding appellant liable for damages sustained by appellee in an automobile accident.
At approximately six o’clock on the evening of April 29, 1963, appellee, driving his own taxicab, was heading north on Capitol Plaza. When he came to the intersection of Constitution Avenue he stopped to wait for a red light.
