MAM. (juvenile) appeals the district court's order denying his untimely request for review of a magistrate's judgment adjudicating him delinquent. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
I. Background
A delinquency petition was filed alleging juvenile had committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the offenses of conspiracy and second degree assault. See §§ 18-1.3-406(2)(a)(ID(C), 182201(4.5), 18-3-208(1)(g), @)(c), CRS. 2006. Although juvenile was advised he had the right to a jury trial, he did not file such a request. - Nor did juvenile…
