It is true that the 2d section of the Act of April 26, 1855, declares that no special allowance of a writ of certiorari to a Justice or Alderman shall be held requisite to the maintenance of such writ (P. L. 304), but that Act was merely a further supplement to the Act of March 20, 1810, 5 Bioren’s Laws, which was en*278titled “An Act to amend and consolidate with its supplements the Act entitled ‘An Act for the recovery of debts and demands not exceeding one hundered dollars, before a Justice of the Peace, and for the election of Constables and for other purposes.’ ” So…
