QUINN, Associate Judge.

This was a suit filed by the appellees as a result of a collision between Prince’s car and appellant’s truck. Sitting without a jury, the trial court found for the appellees and this appeal follows. It is first contended that the judgment was not supported by the evidence. As is generally the situation in cases of this type, there was a factual dispute on almost every material point.
