Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered July 10, 1998 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for injuries she sustained in December 1992 while riding her horse at an enclosed riding stable owned by defendant.
