HAMLIN, Justice:
Defendant appeals to this Court from his conviction of the offense of Simple Escape, LSA-R.S. 14:110, and his sentence to serve five years in the Louisiana State Penitentiary. 1
Presented for our determination is one bill of exceptions reserved prior to trial.
