This is a jury-waived building construction contract case. Pursuant to the stipulation under which this case was submitted we have considered over 5,400 pages of deposition testimony of fifteen witnesses, and approximately 1,000 pages of testimony of four witnesses given in open court. The hundreds upon hundreds of exhibits adduced in evidence are more easily weighed than counted.
