Michael H. Ralph, M.D. (Dr. Ralph or Appellant) appeals from the trial court’s Order and Judgment granting St. Anthony’s Medical Center’s (SAMC or Respondent) motion to dismiss Appellant’s second amended petition bringing a claim for tor-tious interference with his business expectancies. We affirm.
