OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Appellant, Leland Cage Waved, sued the Caller-Times Publishing Co., its owner, Harte-Hanks Communications, Inc., and certain employees of the Caller-Times, being reporters, editors, and publishers. The publishing company publishes the Corpus Christi Caller Times, the major daily newspaper serving the Corpus Christi, Texas, area. Mr. Waved, an attorney practicing law in Corpus Christi, alleged he was injured by the newspaper’s publishing of a number of articles about him, asserting several causes of action: invasion of privacy…
