Lynn J. Hanáway and Connie Hanaway appeal from the judgment entered August 14, 2014, in favor of Appellees and dismissing their equity claims following a non-jury trial. They also challenge the January 23, 2014 grant of summary judgment on their contract and tort claims. After careful consideration, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedirigs consistent herewith.
