This matter comes before this court as an interlocutory appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 307 (107 Ill. 2d R. 307). The appellant, Robert A. Besner and Company (hereinafter RABCO), asserts that the trial court erred by denying its motion to stay arbitration pursuant to section 2(b) of the Illinois Uniform Arbitration Act (hereinafter Arbitration Act) (Ill.
