In these consolidated appeals, Appellant ARC Human Services, Inc. (ARC) appeals from the orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County (trial court). *466The trial court denied ARC’s statutory tax appeal from the decisions of the Clearfield County (County) Board of Assessment (Board), which denied ARC’s request for tax exemptions for three tax parcels. We affirm the trial court’s orders.
