This action was commenced by !R. L. Anderson, herein referred to as plaintiff, against the board of county commissioners, the county clerk, and the county treasurer of Garfield county, herein referred to as defendants, for an injunction enjoining defendants from erecting a courthouse, and expending any funds of the county therefor, upon a strip of land running across the courthouse square in the city of Enid.
