COFFIN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, following jury trial in a criminal action alleging violations of Section 501(e) of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure 'Act of 1959, 29 U.S.C. § 501(c) 1

The indictment contained six counts, similar except in amounts of money and in the description of the particular manner of commission of the 'crime alleged. Count One alleged that:

“ * * * the defendant herein, while employed by the International Union of Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers (IUE) AFL-CIO, a labor…
