-The bill was filed September 2, 1879, by O. W. Ward, against the heirs and devisees of J. W. Mad-, dox, the vendee, to enforce a vendor’s lien. Ward having died during the pendency of the'suit, it was revived ñu the names of Sibert, as-his administrator, and of Mrs. Ward,, to whom the note was transferred pendente lite; and a decree was rendered, November 14, 1888, ordering a sale of .the lands mentioned in the bill.
