Plaintiffs Latin American Music Company, Inc. (“LAMCO”) and Asociación de Compositores y Editores Música Lati-noamericana de Puerto Rico, Inc. (“ACEMLA”) bring this action for copyright infringement against Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (“SBS”). Having presided over a bench trial, the Court issues the following findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 52(a) and (c).
