State v. Bostwick

Steva Maxine Bostwick appeals from the district court’s denial of her motion for postconviction relief under Nebraska’s Postconviction Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 29-3001 etseq. (Reissue 1985). Bostwick claims the court erred in failing to find Bostwick was denied effective assistance of counsel in her jury trial and convictions for second degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument.
