Plaintiffs brought suit against defendant to recover $797.71, claimed to be the purchase price due them from the defendant for forty barrels and one package of “oil skins.” The defendant filed an affidavit of merits denying that it owed the plaintiffs anything, and also filed a set-off claiming damages in the sum of $693.80 on account of plaintiffs’ failure to deliver the kind of oil skins purchased.
