After carefully reading the 631 type-written pages of testimony taken before the referee in this case, I am satisfied that he reached a correct conclusion in deciding that the relation of marriage never existed between the plaintiff and the defendant. The referee, in a well-considered opinion, has discussed the facts so fully and satisfactorily that I should only have to go over the same ground with the same result if I attempted to review them in detail.
