The appellant filed an action against appellees in the Marion Probate Court to set aside and vacate its order and judgment approving the final report of Guy A. Wainwright, Executor of the last Will and Testament of Lucius M. Wainwright, deceased. The trial court sustained the demurrer of appellees to the amended petition of appellant and, appellant refusing to plead further, judgment was rendered against it. The error assigned is the sustaining of appellees' demurrer to the amended petition of appellant.
