— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Alvin Schlesinger, J., at Mapp hearing and jury trial), rendered December 5, 1990, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220.16), and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from four and one-half to nine years, is affirmed.
