Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Myriam Altman, J.), rendered August 7, 1989, convicting the defendant, upon a jury verdict, of grand larceny *626in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and sentencing him to concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of from 1 Vi to 3 years, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the indictment is dismissed.
