In the month of December, 1924, Mrs. Leo H. Forrest offered for probate a paper writing purporting to be the holograph will of Joseph M. Tatem then recently deceased. Mrs. Forrest was the sole beneficiary under the paper presented as a' will, and at the consequent hearing the parties who were the heirs and distributees of the deceased were made parties defendant.
