Terry and Kristen Riley filed a personal injury claim against H & H Operations, Inc. and others seeking damages for injuries incurred in an automobile accident caused by a minor, Gary McQuithy, who was driving under the influence of alcohol purchased at a convenience store owned and operated by H & H. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants.
