Amelia Dupuis brought this action of debt ag*ainst Harry Kipnis and Mildred Kipnis, his wife, to recover rent from April 1, 1918, to February 1, 1919, under a lease dated March 27, 1918, whereby it was alleged that plaintiff demised to defendants certain reoal estate described, located in Savanna, Carroll county, from April 1, 1918,. to April 1, 1921, at $45 per month. The suit was begun on February 7, 1919, and the declaration charged the nonpayment of rent for the months above specified. The lease was made a part of the declaration.
