¶1 Holly Wurl (Wurl) appeals from the judgment entered by the Twentieth Judicial District Court, Lake County, on its order granting summary judgment to Poison School District No. 23 (School District). We affirm.

¶2 The sole issue on appeal is whether the District Court erred in granting summary judgment to the School District.

BACKGROUND
