Appellant Jackson Hospital & Clinic, Inc, (“Jackson Hospital”) appeals the order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama (“bankruptcy court”) overruling its objection to Appellee Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama’s (“BCBS”) proof of claim.
