MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
McBRYDE, District Judge.
The court has determined, sua sponte, that the above-styled and numbered action should be remanded to state court due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Because of the limited nature of federal court jurisdiction, there is a presumption against its existence. See Owen Equipment & Erection Co. v.
