This suit was filed in the District Court of Lubbock county by appellant; as plaintiff, against Mrs. Lulu Morris, A. L. Wasson, and the State National Bank of Big Spring, as defendants. Ollie Alexander was an original defendant in the suit, but he was disposed of by the dismissal of the suit against him, as noted in the first amended original petition, for the reasons that his place of residence was unknown, and that he is openly and notoriously insolvent.
