— Appeal by defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (Baker, J.), the first rendered October 19,1981, convicting him of two counts of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence, and the second rendered May 20,1982, convicting him of two counts of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgments affirmed.
